If time is of the essence, we can build it in our work shop and erect it on site, that’s what we will do. Steel framework either raw state or primed and painted our dedicated and experienced team are there to fabricate and construct from the ground up.

Code-A-Weld recognises that good health and safety management supports the effective delivery of goods and services to our customers. We pride ourselves on our excellent safety record. We are committed to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment for all. Within the workforce the company employs three Safety Representatives and two fully trained First Aid Operatives. We are committed to promoting a safety culture in the business and actively encourage consultation with employees with regards to any and all health, safety and environmental issues.

Staff Loyalty

Code-A-Weld is proud that we are able to offer continuity for our workforce due to our diverse fabrication capabilities and are extremely privileged to have a professional, loyal and long serving workforce both in Senior Management and on the workshop floor. The Management and Staff enjoy an excellent working relationship and have had no industrial disputes. This is mainly due to the company’s policy to view employment as long-term relationships with a significant number of employees having been with the company for more than 15 + years.
