Personnel

In order to maintain our high standards and in accordance with our Quality Assurance and Safety Procedures, the Directors and QHSE manager, assess all personnel. An employee performance matrix is updated regularly and additional training is given where required. Over many years we have built a close relationship with Great Yarmouth College and as a direct result of this collaboration, they have set up a Business Partnership Group of which we are a member. This group gives us the opportunity to shape and influence the future curriculum provided by the college. This gives us access to young, trained individuals ensuring the supply of local, skilled personnel for the future of the Engineering Industry. Our current staff includes two First Aiders, two fully qualified Welding Inspectors and two Lead Auditors and a Responsible welding coordinator.
