Workshop Facility
We have three main carbon steel workshops our largest having two overhead cranes capable of lifting 10 Tonne. In addition we have a dedicated clean workshop for the production of Stainless Steel, Duplex and Cunifer Equipment and Pipe Work. Our workshops are situated at the centre of a large industrial estate. All necessary services and subcontractors are within easy access. Quay amenities are available on short or long term hire, and can be reached within 5 minutes from the workshop. Excellent road access allows large structures to be moved easily between workshop and quay. Our workshop area exceeds 3000m2 with concreted hard/laydown area of 2400m2

Office Facilities
The company uses the latest Microsoft computer products together with (CAD) Computer Aided Design including AutoCAD 3D, 3 Printer Scanners, 2 being colour and a HP Plotter designjet capable of A1 or off the role printing. As part of our plasma cutter technology we have full Procut software. We are based in Harfreys Industrial Estate where we have 25 + office work stations, 12 Seat Board Room with projection and video conferencing, which can be made available for client’s representatives and third party inspectors.
Workshop Equipment
The workshop is equipped with a range of manufacturing machinery including our Trumpf Trumatic 3030 laser cutter. It combines high performance with cut quality which is second to none. An Esprit High Definition Lightning Plasma cutter with true hole technology, Both machines are capable of cutting Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium plates in thicknesses from 1mm to 40mm.
Our site also has Guillotines, Brake Presses, Punches, Drilling Machines, Lathes, CNC Milling Machines and all other general Fabrication Equipment. In addition to the above there are local suppliers of plant and equipment to enhance our capability, should it be needed. We also stock a vast range of stock plates in varied grades and thicknesses which allow us to offer a same day cutting service.
